Behavioral Health

Utilizing a holistic approach, the Behavioral Health team collaborates with your Westmed primary care provider to encourage wellness and the development of a healthy lifestyle. Our services include treatment for conditions such as anxiety, stress, grief, mood disorders and pain management.

What We Do

Westmed offers treatment and counseling services for children, adolescents and adults in a warm and welcoming environment. Our behavioral health specialists offer complete psychiatric diagnostic evaluations in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression.

Life can become overwhelming when significant events like the birth of a child, the loss of a loved one, family conflicts or work stress occur. Occasional anxiety is an expected part of life. You might feel anxious when faced with problems at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. Depression is a common but serious mood disorder. It may be described as feelings of sadness, loss, or anger that interfere with a person’s everyday activities. If you or someone you know has a mental illness, is struggling emotionally, or has concerns about their mental health, there are ways to get help. Westmed’s Behavioral Health specialists can provide the support you need for effective behavioral health management.

Westmed currently offers children, adolescent and adult behavioral health services at the following locations:
