Register for the NEW My Westmed Patient Portal

We are live on athenahealth! We are happy to announce that the recent launch of Westmed’s new Electronic Health Record (EHR) includes the introduction of a new Westmed Patient Portal. Your existing My Westmed Portal and Mobile App are no longer accessible, so you will need to register for a new portal account by following a few simple steps.

Please know that we are working hard to make this a smooth transition for our patients and are doing our best to avoid any disruption to your care. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.

 

4 SIMPLE STEPS TO SIGN UP
for Westmed’s New Patient Portal

 

 

STEP 1: Visit westmedgroup.com/mywestmed on your mobile desktop or browser.
STEP 2: On the login page, click Sign up.
STEP 3: When asked “Who will use this account?,” click the Patient option and enter your registration information.
STEP 4: After verifying your information and signing in, the Welcome page appears. You are now logged in to your NEW Westmed Patient Portal account.

Note: In your email, please include your full name, date of birth, current address, the email address you provided when you registered for a Patient Portal account and the name of the last Westmed provider you have seen.
