Dr. Oh completed his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he received two bachelor of science degrees — in life sciences and chemical engineering. He received his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. This was followed by a residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and a sports medicine fellowship at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

He is board certified in orthopedics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is affiliated with White Plains Hospital, Greenwich Hospital and The Rye Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Dr. Oh joined Westmed Medical Group in 1999. He practices all areas of orthopedics and has subspecialty training in arthroscopic procedures. He has performed many joint replacement procedures of the hip, knee and shoulder, and he has a special interest in this area.

He has been on the Castle Connolly “Top Doctors” list every year since 2012 and has also been on Westchester Magazine’s “Top Doctors” list every year since 2015.
