Dr. Ng earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in computer science and economics at New York University College of Arts and Sciences. After receiving his post-baccalaureate diploma in pre-medical studies from Harvard University Extension School in Cambridge, MA, Dr. Ng earned his medical degree at Stony Brook University School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY. He then went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY followed by his fellowship in pain management at Mount Sinai West Hospital/Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in New York, NY.

Dr. Ng has published and presented numerous articles related to various medical topics. He also has a passion for leadership and volunteerism. Most recently, Dr. Ng has served as a peer advisor for the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University’s Pathways to Success program. In this role, he aided as a resource to preclinical students to complement faculty staffing.

Dr. Ng is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), the New York State Society of Anesthesiologist (NYSSA) and the International Anesthesia Research Society (IARS).
