Dr. Hausen graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1991.  He completed residencies in foot surgery from Medical College Hospitals, Elkins Park Campus in Pennsylvania and in foot orthopedics from the Montrose Veterans Administration Center in New York.

With more than 20 years of experience in treating foot conditions, Dr. Hausen believes that nobody should have to suffer from painful foot issues and that most patients can be treated conservatively without surgery. He helps a wide range of patients from children, to marathon runners, the elderly and people with diabetes.

Dr. Hausen is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and has hospital affiliations with Montefiore Medical Center and Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital.
