About the Provider
Dr. Khan, who is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases, received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internal medicine/preventive medicine residency at Yale University School of Medicine – Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT. This was followed by an infectious diseases fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital.
She then completed a master’s of public health degree in preventive medicine from Yale School of Public Health In New Haven, CT.
Most recently, Dr. Khan was an infectious disease physician in the Department of Medicine at Legacy Community Health Services in Houston, TX.
She is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Khan is proficient in English, Urdu and Hindi.
