Dr. Colburn received his Bachelor of Arts in biological sciences with a concentration in biochemistry and a minor in chemistry from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He earned his medical degree from the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Colburn then went on to complete his neurology residency at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ followed by his neurophysiology fellowship with an emphasis in electromyography (EMG) at New York University Langone.

Dr. Colburn joined Westmed in July 2022. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Neurology and American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

In his free time, Dr. Colburn enjoys soccer, basketball, and stand up comedy. He speaks moderate medical Spanish. Se habla Español aquí.
