Dr. Katherine Auwarter received her undergraduate degree from the the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City College of New York in New York City and earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. After finishing her obstetrics and gynecology internship at Montefiore – Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Auwarter completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Prisma Upstate – Greenville Memorial Hospital located in Greenville, SC.

Dr. Auwarter’s special interests include adolescent health and abnormal bleeding. She is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Auwarter speaks conversational medical Spanish.
