Dr. Elizabeth Elson is an interventional and diagnostic radiologist. She received her undergraduate degree in biological basis of behavior from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. After earning her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, Dr. Elson completed her internship in internal medicine from Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ followed by her residency in radiology at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. Her post-graduate training continued with a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.

Prior to joining Westmed, Dr. Elson worked as an interventional and diagnostic radiologist (including mammography) at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor, NY.

Dr. Elson is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS). She is fluent in English and Hebrew and is available to see patients at Westmed’s Purchase office location at 3030 Westchester Avenue.
