Dr. Eilen completed her undergraduate work for a bachelor of science degree in biology and a minor in art history at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1974. She was awarded her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. She completed her residency at the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center.

She currently practices gynecology at two of Westmed’s offices: 210 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, and 171 Huguenot Street, New Rochelle. She has both teaching and lecturing experience. Before joining WESTMED, she worked for five years at Albert Einstein Hospital and then for 20 years in a private practice partnership of four OB/GYNS located in White Plains. She is affiliated with White Plains Hospital.

Dr. Eilen is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has been listed among The Top Doctors in Westchester County by Westchester Magazine. She has been cited in the book Best Doctors in America.

In her free time, Dr. Eilen volunteers with the not-for-profit organizations Lumos and Operation Support Our Troops.
