Ms. Kile received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Fordham University in Bronx, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from George Washington University School of Nursing in Washington, D.C. followed by her Master of Science in nursing from New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing in New York, NY.

Prior to joining Westmed, Ms. Kile worked as a labor and delivery nurse at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

In her spare time, Ms. Kile is a medical mission volunteer for the Global Smile Foundation, which provides comprehensive cleft care for patients born with cleft lip and palate in underserved communities throughout the world.
