I feel totally confident with Dr. Gittleman. I would not like another doctor to be responsible for my care. He talks to me regarding my concerns and makes me understand my condition.

The doctor also answered questions from the person who came with me to help me decide if I should have surgery at this time. He was wonderful and had no problems discussing our issues.

I am in healthcare and I work with Ortho/Neuro Spine Surgeons. gitelman is by far one of the best Surgeon's I have encountered and specifically chose him based on the initial conversation I had with him over 6 months ago. I could have gone to HSS but chose OAS because of Giteman's less invasive approach and non-pressuring demeaner which allows him to be a highly skilled, top notch surgeon.

again, I could have gone to an emergency room, but this was much better.
