Portal Update: Appointment Cancellations Now Available

Portal Update: Appointment Cancellations Now Available

Appointment cancellations are now available for Internal Medicine, Lab and OBGYN departments in the new My Westmed portal.

First, simply log in to your portal and navigate to the “Appointments” tab. If you have an upcoming Internal Medicine, OBGYN or Lab appointment you will see buttons that allow you to “Cancel” or “Reschedule” your upcoming appointments.

    • To Cancel Your Appointment: Click the button under your upcoming appointment labeled “Cancel”, enter a cancellation reason and confirm.
    • To Reschedule Your Appointment: Click the button under your upcoming appointment labeled “Reschedule” and select a new date and time for the appointment. Note: You are only able to reschedule the appointment for the same location and provider as your original appointment.

Over the coming weeks, more specialties will enable this feature in the portal for your convenience, so please stay tuned for updates!
