Here’s your answer for when your kid asks “What’s for Dessert?”. A healthy strawberry milkshake will satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. You can even sneak in some spinach and nobody will know the difference.
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup of lowfat Milk
- 1 blender
- Garnish with sliced strawberry
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend, pour in cup. Slice a whole strawberry for garnish!
