Garlic Hummus with Veggies

Garlic Hummus with Veggies

Hummus is always a great high-protein option to leave you satisfied for hours. You can use it as a spread or a dip with your favorite chopped veggies.


(serves 2 as a meal or 4-5 as a snack)


1 15 oz can chick peas (rinsed and drained)

1 TBSP olive oil

1 large clove of garlic minced

1 lemon juiced

Pinch of ground cumin

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Sliced bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, celery, cauliflower for dipping




  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a food processor or blender
  2. Blend until smooth (or desired consistency)
  3. Enjoy as a dip with veggies
