Join Stephanie Harding for yoga to improve your health! This class focuses on breathing and moving with your breath. The class can also be tailored each week to concentrate on specific areas of the body or difficulties you may be experiencing. Open to newbies and experienced yogis alike!
This class will be offered Monday afternoons via Zoom.
Cost: $12 per class or purchase a 10-class card for $100 ($85 for seniors 65 years of age and older)
