Between office visits, we also encourage our patients to sign up for our online patient portal: My Westmed. It’s your personal, safe and secure online dashboard built to make it easier to manage your healthcare. You can communicate directly with physicians through secure messaging, refill prescriptions, get lab results, pay bills and more. In 2018, the My Westmed application was recognized by as a “Best Mobile Website” and “Best Patient Access and Convenience” by the eHealthcare Leadership Awards.

Urgent Care & Immediate Care Services
In addition to a suite of more than sixty medical treatments and services, Westmed has six UCAOA Urgent Care Centers and one Immediate Care Center throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties. These walk-in facilities offer access to care for non-life-threatening medical needs every day of the week, including evenings.
Each location offers advanced laboratory, imaging, and radiology services, enabling our integrated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs and staff make a prompt and accurate diagnosis for our patients.

Westmed Virtual Visits: Our Unique Telehealth Solution
Westmed understands that when you are sick, sometimes it’s hard to get to the doctor’s office. But if you aren’t feeling well, we believe you should still be able to get the care you need, exactly when you need it. That’s why we launched Westmed Virtual Visit, which offers patients the convenience of on-demand access from to board-certified Westmed providers from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
It’s convenient: See a Westmed provider within minutes through live, online video conferencing, and get a diagnosis from home or work. It’s access to care anytime, anywhere.
It’s affordable: We accept insurance, but even if you are not covered you’ll never pay more than $49 out of pocket for a virtual visit with Westmed.
It’s safe: Your personal health information is completely secure when you chat with our team members through HIPAA compliant video technology.
