Our board-certified physicians in our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, also known as physiatrists, are experts treating nerve, muscle, and bone disorders that alter the function and performance of the patient. Our goal is to decrease pain and restore patients to their optimal level of function. Our physiatrists have been specially trained and certified to help patients with a number of musculoskeletal conditions, with special focus on the non-surgical treatment of spinal conditions.

Some of the conditions they treat include:
spinal stenosis, lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica), lower back pain, lumbar herniated discs, lumbar facet syndrome, muscle strains and spasm, sacroiliitis, degenerative disc disease, neck pain, cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerves in the neck), cervical herniated discs, and other musculoskeletal pain syndromes.

Our physiatrists take the time to accurately pinpoint the source of the ailment. Treatment plans are designed utilizing the latest non-surgical methods to restore mobility and function.
