Plan and supervise the daily operation of Referrals, Pre-cert, and Eligibility Staff. Assist with ongoing analysis of workflow and processes to leverage emerging software functionality and maximize staff efficiency. Train and orient new staff. Write and deliver staff performance appraisals and disciplinary actions for assigned personnel. Support staff with difficult cases that arise on a daily basis. Maintains ongoing and continual feedback with staff members to identify and remove barriers to success and create useful systems based on their input. Identify issue/obstacles to customer service (both internal and external) as they emerge…....through feedback from sources such as: other internal depts, patients, senior management and reports. Be able to work independently to bring the issues to the appropriate forum. Some technical understanding of software. Ability to troubleshoot issues, be a super-user for pre-arrival functionality, and communicate effectively with internal IT staff and vendor support.
Full Time. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
