Our HR team is expanding and in search of the next great team member.   You will work in a new, modern corporate headquarters on Westchester Avenue in Purchase.

We are looking for a human resources generalist who has clinical healthcare recruiting experience.   This IS a great opportunity.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for employee relations, coaching and counseling managers and employees on various work related issues.  Providing exit interviews.  Tracking, analyzing and reporting trends. 

Your goal in clinical recruiting is to help assure we identify and recruit the most qualified candidates for clinical positions which include RN's, LPNs, PA's, NP's, and MA's.  In addition, sourcing, tracking, and coordinating Physician recruitment.  This includes candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, resume screening, phone and in-person screening, using assessment tools, and following through on all aspects of the hiring process, including tracking of metrics.

Other HR project responsibilities in various HR specialties based on experience, goals and interests.
