EXPERIENCE: Prior Call Center Experience
Answer phone, screen calls, schedule appointments, and provide information. Verify and update profiles on all patients, coordinate and schedule patients appointments in compliance with the internal booking guidelines. Maintian patient confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines. Provide exeptional customer service.
Full Time. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
