What if I want my records to go to another doctor?
As a courtesy, we do not charge for other physicians to receive copies of your records whether it is for a second opinion or you are transferring care. You still need to fill out an Authorization, however, your records will be send on a CD for their convenience. 

How long does it take to get my records?
Normal processing time takes 2-3 business days. Film requests take 24-48 hours. CD’s can be burned while you wait. 

Can I pick up a copy of my records?
Yes, we are now located at 2700 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, NY, 2nd Floor. Our regular business hours are 8:30am-4:30pm.
You can call 682-0700 for directions. Films can still be picked up at 210 Westchester Avenue. 

Can my records be faxed to my physician or myself?
No.
