Twenty-eight WESTMED physicians are on Westchester County’s Top Doctors list published in the November 2012 issue of Westchester Magazine. The magazine generates its list based on information compiled by Castle Connolly Medical, a healthcare research firm. The magazine is already out in the mail to subscribers and soon will be available on newsstands in book stores and grocery stores, etc.
A total of 253 doctors in 53 specialties are listed. Castle Connolly relies on nominations from licensed physicians to identify top doctors. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be selected.
